This Olympic weight set includes several plates at various weights for a customized workout. Having multiple plate sets makes it easy to accommodate multiple users and adjust to any performance level.
Olympic Plates have a 2"" diameter opening, for Olympic Bars only. Standard, 1"" bars are NOT compatible with this set, unless you have an for your Regular bar.
