Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before shipment. Customized or made-to-order fitness equipment cannot be canceled once production begins.

Returns
To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unused and unassembled

In original packaging

With all labels, manuals, and accessories included
Final sale, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Refunds
Once the returned items are inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
