Because its height allows it to fit into any 7 ceiling, it is the ultimate squat stand for the serious athlete who demands the best in his or her home. The base unit includes the 3 x 3 base, two 6 uprights, the single cross, and J-Hook Bar Supports (2 pieces-pair).
Optional attachments include bar catches, triple play (weight storage/bar storage/battle rope anchor), dip/step/anchor, ground rotational trainer, and custom platform & insert.
